Plans, payments and a guided start

Choose and pay for a plan in Gasos, and get from sign-up to your first reviewed day without help.

  • Settings › Billing shows your plan, what you use against it, and the plans. Pay with Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD.

  • A "Get started" checklist on Today takes a new owner from laying out the station to the first submitted day.

  • During sign-up you can book a setup call with the Gasos team, or skip it and set up yourself.

Meter photos read for you, and a morning summary

Gasos reads the meter in each photo and flags a reading that doesn't match. Owners get the day's figures every morning.

  • Take the meter photo first and Gasos suggests the reading; type it first and Gasos checks it against the photo.

  • Reviewers see the typed reading and what the photo shows side by side.

  • A morning summary at 7 am by email, and on WhatsApp once you add your number.

  • Managers hear about queries and sheets sent back; reviewers hear when a query is answered.

Today and reports

Every station's day on one screen, and reports you can print or open in Excel.

  • Today shows yesterday's sales, fuel, cash to bank and unbanked cash for every station, with what needs you first.

  • Eight reports: daily summary, sales, attendant short and over, tank variance, deliveries, cash and banking, pump tests and expenses.

  • Each report says which days it covers and which are missing. Export as PDF or CSV.

  • Lists across Gasos share one clean table with a summary row and headline figures you can fold away.

Clearer photos for managers and reviewers

Taking, uploading and checking evidence photos is quicker on the forecourt and at review.

  • Take photo or upload from the phone, with the upload's progress shown on the photo.

  • Photos taken without signal are marked "waiting" and upload by themselves.

  • A full-screen viewer steps through every photo of the day, with the figure typed for it.

Stock, deliveries and banking

Tanker deliveries, tank levels and the cash that goes to the bank, all from the daily sheet.

  • Record tanker deliveries with seals, waybill and dips before and after; short deliveries open a supplier claim.

  • The Stock page shows each tank's level, days of stock left and two weeks of variance.

  • Record bank deposits with the slip and the days they cover; cash left unbanked too long is flagged.

The daily sheet and its review

One standard sheet for every station: meters, hand-over, money and dips, reviewed before it's final.

  • Meters with photos, each attendant's hand-over, lubricants, expenses, POS slips, cash counted note by note, and dips.

  • Checks explain anything missing or out of tolerance; shortages need a reason before the day is sent.

  • Reviewers approve days in order, ask about any line, or send a day back with a note.

  • Works without signal: entries wait on the phone and go up when the connection is back.
